  • Video evidence required showing software not functioning properly
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Exclusions

  • Issues related to detection by interview platforms
  • Slow solution generation times
  • Purchases made more than 24 hours ago
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

  3. Our team will review your request and respond promptly
  4. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Free trial periods (as these are provided at no cost)
  • Subscriptions cancelled due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months where significant usage has occurred

Automatic Cancellation

When you request a refund, your subscription will be automatically cancelled to prevent future charges. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
