Having trouble? Find solutions for Live Audio Sessions (interviews and meetings), screenshot analysis, and account setup.

Already installed? Here's how to use Interview Assistant during a live interview or meeting:

  1. 01Launch Interview Assistant and login if prompted
  2. 02Click "Start" to begin — command bar appears at bottom of screen
  3. 03Press Cmd+L (Mac) / Ctrl+L (Win) to start a Live Audio Session — the other side's voice is transcribed and AI answers fire on each pause
  4. 04For meetings or quiet listening, toggle auto-trigger off with Cmd+Shift+L / Ctrl+Shift+L and use Cmd+Shift+Return / Ctrl+Shift+Return to fire an answer only when you want one
  5. 05For visible problems, press Cmd+S / Ctrl+S to screenshot, then Cmd+Return / Ctrl+Return to analyze
  6. 06Press Cmd+Shift+H / Ctrl+Shift+H to open Session History (local-only, plain JSON)
